MIDNIGHT EAST

MIDNIGHT EAST is the after-hours club programme at Spotify O-EAST on Dogenzaka, run in combination with the venue's DJ bar. By day and evening O-EAST is one of Shibuya's main concert halls; late at night that same room — concert-scale stage, PA and lighting — is turned over to club nights.

That inheritance is the point. Nights here feel closer to a live show than to a small club: a wide floor, a proper stage, and bills that often mix DJs with live acts. Doors are typically 23:00 or later, sometimes running past 25:00 when a concert has to clear out first.

Events are irregular rather than weekly — mostly weekends — so it's worth checking the schedule rather than turning up on spec.
